This village, very spread-out but easy to reach by the RD943 from Calais to St Omer, has a very old and very unique tradition (dating from the 18th century), namely vertical archery.
From the ruins of the Monnecove feudal mound, you can see the three archery posts. The «tir du roi», a very well-known village event, takes place at Easter, and forty archers take part.
You should visit the centre of the village and its church : a triumphal arch built in 1763 Will give you access to the religious building, where you will be astounded by exceptional modern stained-glass windows.
